Predator House
a work-in-progress

95% of sex offenders get released from prison. The question is: what then? Predator House is the first-ever documentary to address this public health and safety crisis by following offenders over three years as they transition from prison back into society.

But who will house society's most reviled?

Linda, a grandmother of three, owns the only apartment building in the nation to house over 55 sexual predators. "I'm not an apologist - I hate what they've done," she says, "but if I don't put a roof over their heads, who will?" Washington state has one of the most successful prison-based sex offender treatment programs in the nation, yet even the most successful systems can't find offenders adequate housing.  Linda knows that homeless offenders put communities at risk, and she's decided to do something about it.
