Predator House
a work-in-progress

Richard, a serial child molester and long-time resident admits, "if she didn't take me in, I might go back to my old ways."  All of Linda's tenants are on the Washington State Sex Offender Registry, and the most dangerous get featured on the nightly news when they arrive in the neighborhood.  Predator House picks up where these sound bites leave off - following the most dangerous offenders as they settle into life on the outside.

The offenders' stories unfold as citizens across the state say "we don't want you - not in our neighborhoods" and launch a ballot initiative to lock them up for life.

Will Linda, tired and contemplating retirement, be successful in her hopes of keeping her tenants from re-offending, and are the offenders themselves truly rehabilitated and ready to launch new lives?
